Step 3: Participate in the Spring Developmental Program
Develop playing skills with more emphasis on multi-player strategy leading up to full field games. We emphasize use of proper skills and continuously reinforce proper technique and mechanics. Each player will get lots of repetitions as we follow our building block style “Progression” of skills and strategy. Lacrosse is an athletic sport but also requires the player to develop “lacrosse IQ” and how to innovate / create opportunities to score.
The 2015 Spring League begins on March 23 and runs through May 10!
