Southside Lacrosse League offers Registration Saver - an optional insurance program that covers most  common situations that could cause your athlete to withdraw from a program.  

In most cases, League registration fees are non-refundable - so if you think you might have a special situation or participation is conditional upon other activities we urge you to opt in to RegSaver during your player registration.  

Sometimes there are unforseen circumstance and if you feel you are in that exceptional situation you may follow the process below for consideration.

Please note that all refunds must be requested via this form and not via email, over the telephone or in person.

Your request will be reviewed by one of our Program Directors and will get back to you within 15 business days.

Refunds will be assessed on the basis of the following:

  • Injury or serious medical condition

  • Unexpected move under Military PCS Orders

  • Scheduling conflicts due to changes in program dates after registration

Program refunds will not be granted for the following reasons:

  • Unhappy with team assignment

  • Weather cancellations

  • Decision to join another lacrosse league

  • Scheduling conflicts with another sport

Your refunded amount will be contingent upon:

  • Proximity of time to Program Start Date

  • Reason for your request

Refunds requested and approved less than 21 days prior to the Program Start Date will be subject to a non-refundable $35 administrative fee.

There will be no refunds after the first Program session or game, with the possible exception of a serious injury or medical condition. In order for a credit to be considered due to injury or medical condition, a doctor's note must be submitted with your request.

In the event that the Club applies a Courtesy Credit to an account, that credit may be used toward any Southside Lacrosse program. Courtesy Credits are non-transferrable as monetary reimbursement.

Refunds that are approved and granted will be returned in one of the following ways at the sole discretion of the Club:

  • Program Credit – Credit will be placed on player’s Southside Lacrosse account to allow those funds to be used for a future Program.  

  • Credit / Debit Card Return – If the registration was paid with a credit or debit card, the amount will be returned to that card’s account. Credit and debit card returns will only be returned to the card originally used for Program Registration. We are unable to issue a check for any registration paid via a credit or debit card.

  • Check – If the registration was paid via a check or cash, Southside Lacrosse may issue a refund check, sent to the member via postal mail. Please note that this process can take up to two weeks from the time the refund was granted.  Checks will only be sent to an address listed on the Player Account.

Refunds may only be requested by a Parent or Guardian registered on the Player Account.  

Late fees will not be refunded.

Unless otherwise noted, Southside Lacrosse will not grant refunds or prorated fees for missed practices or games due to late registration.

Unless otherwise noted, credits and refunds expire one calendar year from the date they were applied.
